BEFORE THE SHOOT…

Can all my children be photographed together?

All your children will be photographed seperately AND together, once they are all attending the school.

Is it just a head and shoulders photo?

For individual photos we have the children sitting on a desk either criss-cross or feet on chair.

In many cases you will see all of their clothes so try to have shoes etc. clean.

As we all know this isn’t always possible so where necessary we can edit scuff marks, grass stains etc!

My child was not able to attend school on the day of photo shoot. Is it still posssible to still get it taken?

Yes. You may come our studio to get your child’s school photo taken. 

The same set up will be used and the same Packs and Prices will apply. 

It may also be possible to include your child into the class photo (thanks to the magic of photoshop).

I do not want my child’s individual photo to be taken. Who do I inform?

We have an opt out policy for school photos so if you do NOT want your child’s photo taken you should inform the school. In addition you may contact us directly via text/What’s Ap or email with details. 

Please also inform the school if you don’t want your child to appear in the class photo.

ORDERING YOUR PHOTOS…

Where can I find my Image Code?

Your Image Code is located directly under your child’s image on ????? of your image proof form and ends in .jpg. 

This code allows us to identify your photograph(s).  

Can I mix packages if I have more than one child in the school?

Packs L, K and ? are multi-image packs - suitable for siblings.

All other Packs are single images and cannot be mixed.

Alternatively, if you just wish to purchase a single 10”x8” mounted print of each of your children you can do so by choosing Pack D for each of the Image Codes required.

If you do not see a Pack that suits your requirements please email us with details and we can quote you a price.

Will I see my child/children’s photos online when I enter my Image Code(s)?

No. For reasons of child safety and protection we do not put any photographs online.

We send your child/children’s photograph(s) to you as unedited printed proofs. 

Can I purchase just one single print of my child/children?

Yes. Pack ? as a 10x8” mounted and Pack ? as a 7x5” mounted.

What image is used when ordering keyrings in Multi-Packs?

Two different images may be used in keyrings - one either side - when ordering Multi-Packs.

However, if ordering only keyrings on their own then just one image is used.

Can I still order after my order deadline?

Yes. We keep all images on file and once you still have your Image Code, you can still place your order online after the order deadline on your image proof form. However, there is an additional postage fee if you can’t collect.

When and how will I receive my order?

Your order will be individually packed and delivered to the school approximately 2-3 weeks after the deadline date that appears on the image proof form.

What should I do if I have lost my image proof form?

If you have lost your form please contact us directly and we will help you.

I don’t think I received my image proof form...

First - check the bottom of your child’s school bag! If it’s not there please contact us directly and we will help you.

Can I amend my order after my order has been confirmed?

If you wish to update/change your order please contact us directly within 2 working days and we would be happy to make any amendments you require.

Can I re-order extra copies of my photos at a later date?

Yes. Once you still have your Image Code(s) for the photos you previously ordered, extra copies can be ordered at any time.

If you no longer have your Image Code(s) please contact us and we will be happy to help. 

Are photos from previous years still available to purchase?

Yes! We store all images from previous years securely on our servers. 

If you require images taken before Sept 2025 you will need to text, What’s Ap or email us with the details 

- Your child’s first name, School, Year, Event (School photos, First Holy Communion, Confirmation) and Teacher’s name

I want to unsubscribe to the emails

You can log your account, clicking on ‘My Account’, ‘Account Settings’ 

Turn off the communication tab, to ensure that you will not receive any more emails/text messages.

Is it possible to order digital images?

Yes, just go to ‘View all Products” then go to ‘Digital Image’.  You have full rights to print these images for personal use only.

Digital image files

Many customers have asked why digital image files can be priced at ??? for a single image when a number of the Packs we offer include them free. These special offer packs will have a number of reprints included so we are happy to include the digital image as you will be receiving quality prints and reprints of the image. 

You may use your digital file to get more images reprinted but you may have to use a reputable printer to match the quality of the prints provide by us. 

In the past customers have scanned prints and used them on social media and the quality has reflected poorly on us. We would envisage that you would use your digital versions for social media etc.

All images are professionally edited and colour corrected by Simon Archer Photography before printing or supplying as a digital image.

Editing can include loose hair removal, skin blemishes deleted, stains on clothes deleted etc.

No unedited or RAW files will be supplied as a digital image.

Due to data protection etc. no class photo will be suppled digitally.

The images on your proof form are unedited.

Only prints ordered will be fully edited.
